In accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we, Api Teknoloji ("Company", "we"), acting as the data controller, would like to inform you about the following matters regarding the processing of your personal data.

This data is processed based on the legal grounds of "establishment or performance of a contract", "fulfillment of a legal obligation", "legitimate interest", and, where necessary, "explicit consent" as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if it has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
  • Request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK
  • Request that correction, deletion, and destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
  • Object to the emergence of a result against you due to the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems
  • Request compensation for damages in case you suffer loss due to unlawful processing

7. Application Method

You can submit your requests regarding the rights mentioned above through the contact channels on our Contact page. Your applications will be concluded within thirty days at the latest pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK.
